Students will learn the importance of health, fitness, good nutrition, stress management and chronic disease prevention through discussion of health/wellbeing concepts and current health topics/trends. Students will form teams for a semester-long project relating to leadership and campus health/wellbeing. The activity portion of the course will focus on a specific training mode (Fitness 101 - HPF, Weight Training - HPW, Yoga - HPY) to improve overall fitness.
