Academic Advising for Honors Program Students
Academic advising is important so that students can plan their curriculum and get the most out of their HP experience. Completion of the Honors Program requires fifteen (15) credit hours of HP coursework. Students may also achieve Dinstinction in an Honors Program Pathway in either Global Engagement, Research, or Service.
Academic advisors in your major are best equipped to help you integrate Honors Program courses into your program of study. Progress in the Honors Program can be monitored in DegreeWorks. For any modifications required to your HP degree audit, reach out to Associate Director Dr. Amy D'Unger. Use this online form to request authorization of PURA research course credit. If you have study abroad credit that you'd like considered for Honors Program inclusion, you can follow the directions on the website. Once approved, your degree audit will be updated.
